Yes! This is my expertise. My earliest fitness experience was in weight training, and I have over 20 years’ experience in this field. The first priority in training is safety, then working in different phases within the limits of your ability, strength, and knowledge of body motion.
Can you help me lose weight?
I love self-esteem goals (for instance having a "goal outfit" or a "class reunion" that can motivate you towards achieving a new you). My Personal Training is functional training, re-conditioning bodies to grow stronger and move more effectively.
What can people expect from a personal training session?
I work with individuals strengths and weaknesses to create a special workout tailored just for you. The exact workout depends upon the individuals goals and their level of conditioning. It is to be expected that even if the desire is to focus on certain body parts, the entire body must be engaged as part of the routine. The goal is to place demands upon your body that you normally wouldnt achieve on your own. We show people their bodies untapped abilities, how they can look beyond what they thought was possible
