I struggle with being fit everyday and without Bonnie I think I might have given up altogether. She has been the positive force in my life that constantly champions for me to keep going despite what limitations I think I have.
I always surprise everyone (myself included!) with my strength, flexibility, agility and what I'm able to physically undertake.
I love the challenges she gives me and how some physical activities she presents seem so hard to do at first...but then I master them and move on to the next (seemingly impossible) challenge!
"Fit" takes so many shapes - and Bonnie reminds me why it's important to keep taking these challenges on, why it's so important to love the body you're living in and why you should never, ever underestimate what you are capable of
I've been working with Bonnie for almost a year and she is fantastic.
When we first started working together, she pushed me hard and I was
losing weight and toning up. A few months into our sessions, I became
pregnant, and she immediately modified my workout to adjust to my
changing body. My doctor is thrilled with how my pregnancy has
progressed, and the exercises I've been doing. I'm ten weeks away from
my due date and everyone comments on how small I am and how great I
look - I give Bonnie a lot of credit for that! (and I'm not a tiny
person to begin with!) She's great at tailoring the workout to what
you need, and keeps pushing you, but with a sense of humor. She's
Bonnie has been my trainer for few years now...Her strength is her ability to tailor a workout on any level of fitness. I have a mild disability that affects my balance and range of motion. Bonnie has me do exercises that are specifically geared towards my goals of improving balance and range of motion, I look forward to continue working with her!!
